This sleek skin has two buttons: a Power button (center), and a Sleep button (blue section around the center). When clicked, a confirm menu is shown to make sure you don't accidentally turn off or put your computer to sleep. 4 variants are provided to allow it to be placed anywhere on the desktop without the confirm menu limiting where you place it.

i can't install after i'm download it..why it that happen??

Make sure you have the newest version of Rainmeter. Also, when you download the file, click "Open" and the Rainmeter Skin Installer program should open up and install it for you.
